  • We can provide an estimated appraisal off a floor plan or we can arrange a time to visit your property to provide a FREE appraisal. You’ll then receive a detailed proposal via email within 24 hours.

  • Once you’ve given us the big tick of approval, you’ll be provided with a range of payment options to secure your booking.

    FULL STYLES:

    We typically book these in for the day prior to photography.

    INTEGRATED STYLES:

    We usually book this service on the day of photography, so that we minimise your stress of trying to keep everything in place for photos.

  • We come in and work our styling magic! allow a full day as we are perfectionists with no detail overlooked. Please note we will require uninterrupted access to your property on the day.

    Your six-week hire period starts now. Don't worry, if extra time is required, we can extend at a cost of 10% of the total style charge per week. However, we aim to knock it out of the park EVERY single time and will go to great lengths to ensure your home looks the best it ever has.

  • Cue the champagne. Our team will be in contact to arrange a pack-up date (we will be in and out within a couple of hours).

  • Because you never get a second chance to make a first impression! In today's competitive real estate market, professional property styling has become essential for maximising the home’s sale price and selling in the fastest time frame possible.

  • Unfortunately not, as we are not a furniture hire company. Trusting us to select the ideal pieces for your home ensures you’re trusting our expertise, as we know exactly what will captivate a wide range of potential buyers.

  • Absolutely! We can furnish up to 30 homes at once, thanks to our spacious 500sqm warehouse, which is equipped with Dexion racking from floor to ceiling. It’s filled with high quality, on-trend furniture, decor, art and everything in between, covering a variety of styles (our idea of heaven!).

  • Usually up to six weeks.

  • Unfortunately not, as the objective of property styling is for the home to sell as quickly as possible.

  • You sure can!

  • Payment is required in full to secure your booking. Payment can be made by EFT, card, or Afterpay.
